Stripes: *stretches lazily out and yawns before he returns to Ratchet´s office*

*crashs and stuff breaking can be heard from Ratchet´s office*

Stripes: *chitters out at that, thinking about his leash rather than about a partner*

Nobody knows, but if you find out, i think Prowl would pay well for that info.

Me: Whooo.... after searching for anions in my sample since friday i finally found one! Chloride!
Prof: Ah, everyone´s attention? we just found out that the soda ash you are using for your analysis is infected with chloride ions. Please throw all away and get fresh one.
Me: .... you CANT be serious...

Marleen: *busily flaming a sample of heranalysis powder* Look at that blue... that´s so sure Cobalt... i´ll burn it some more.
Me: *has overheard only half of it* Huh? why do you want to burn my cat?
(guessed right. My cat is called Cobalt. and i just named the neighbors cat Nickel. )

Me: *has cut herself on some broken glass and left drops of blood over the worksurface and floor*
Prof: Everybody stop! Who spilled that chemical! We cant wipe it up as long as we dont know what it is! *starts throwing a tantrum about working carefully and not spilling anything*
Me: *comes back in from the First-Aid-room* what´s going on?
Marleen: Not sure.... but i think the prof is wondering if your blood is acid or simply poisonous...

Okay. so today my practical lab time started.... fun time? yes. to some degree. It is as it would be to expect if you lock 40 monkeys into a lab that only contains poisonous, acid, carcinogenic chemicals. We dont have a clue what we are doing. and it shows....
I´ll post snippets and scenes that actually happened in the lab here for shits and giggles. maybe you´ll find them as amusing as i did.

Me: are we allowed to pour those chemicals into the same waste container?
Marleen: Yes
Me. Okay... *pours all together staring a nice reaction*
Marleen: .... or maybe not....
(as we now know. it was normal for that to happen. but if you stand alone on a table and formerly water like liquids turn smelly and foggy and yellow. you start to panic)

Christine: *accidently gets a clear liquid on her hand. she doesnt know what it has been* AAHH... it burns! It will form blisters! It was acid! *dives to the sink and starts rinsing her hand*
Me: Christine... it was distilled water....
(yes. we panic easily)

okay. so i was browsing around on DA and found this lil thing here: [link] and thought "okay. this seems more fun than studying. so lets do it!" i´ll post the title and artist as soon as someone guessed it. so if you are curious you better try to guess.

Here's how we play.
